Our goal at Linx Equity is to partner with successful entrepreneurs of small companies and help them accelerate the growth, going from a small company to a medium / large company. We always invest alongside current management and desire a majority stake, although we are also open to minority positions. The team has long experience from scaling smaller mature companies supported by a large network of advisors with deep industrial insight. Companies we typically seek to partner with are: 

• Privately owned companies based in Norway

• Operating within services, technology or consumer

• Revenues normally between NOK 30-200m

• Historically proven profitability with EBIT between NOK 5-20m
